• Links to third-party platforms

We do not host full videos or sexually explicit content. All such content is hosted by the respective third-party platforms.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that content on JOIShows.com infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA notice to our designated agent with the following information:

Required Information:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or if multiple works, a representative list.
2. Identification of the infringing material: A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Site (please provide specific URLs).
3. Your contact information: Your address, telephone number, and email address.
4. Good faith statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. Accuracy statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Where to Send DMCA Notices

Our Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
• Notify the user who posted the material (if applicable)
• Respond to the complaining party within a reasonable timeframe

Typical response time: 24-48 hours for valid notices.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification containing the following:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located
5. A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification

Repeat Infringers

We will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Content on Third-Party Platforms

If the infringing content is hosted on a third-party platform (CamSoda, LiveJasmin, etc.), you should file your DMCA notice directly with that platform:

• LiveJasmin DMCA: Contact LiveJasmin's DMCA agent

We can remove links to infringing content on third-party platforms, but we cannot remove the content itself.

False Claims

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
